Okay, errr... This is my first (proper) time trying to animate in Photoshop. I've been using Photoshop for years and I've never even made one animation on it. LOL
Anyways - this is my Naruto OC - Tora Kaseshi!
And if you're wondering what those things are on her face - they're special bandages only made for her because she has a man-made dojutsu, that when she cries - her face burns and bleeds. (Also the reason she doesn't cry... well, only once when she's older.)
OH! And - this is her final outfit/look in Shippuden.

Here's a tip, that I'm just as guiltily charged for. xD
Her arms seem a little big, so, maybe when your "finishing touches"ing it, you could lessen the size of her arms.
